President & CEO
Michael has attained a highly successful track record of consulting and client development experience. Michael brings over 20 years of Information Technology and consulting expertise in the formation of technology based solutions ranging from planning and design to implementation, outsourcing, and management.
What sets Michael apart in his consultative role is his commitment to establishing mutually beneficial business relationships based on a firm foundation rooted in his belief-system of leadership through servant hood. Quality performance, in-depth knowledge, and commitment to personal excellence are components consistently delivered when Michael is in the driver's seat making way for you.
Chief Marketing Officer
Brent has been an integral part of Freedom Profit Recovery since its beginning.
His work passion is found in the software design, marketing and graphical side of the business. In alignment with his passions, his focus has been primarily in the design and fulfillment of technology and marketing tools relative to the consulting organization.
Chief Technology Officer
Dustin started out working as a technician at Danka Office Imaging and quickly worked his way to systems engineer within 3 years and then high volume systems analyst a year later. He then went to Ikon Office Solutions to successfully launch a new product as a National Production Analyst covering the western half of the US. He then started his own consulting company until he built it up and merged it with Freedom Profit Recovery in order to build their service delivery/technology infrastructure where he has been since 2006 as the Chief Technology Officer and serves on the Board of Directors.
In June of 2011 he headed up the creation of the FPR Foundation, which is a 501c3 charitable organization that was established to assist those in need in the community.
Lynn is the President and CEO of Freedom Financial Consulting, Inc., and serves as a Board Member of Freedom Profit Recovery, Inc. and The Freedom Foundation as well as North Texas Credit and Avtech Solutions.
Prior to starting these companies, Lynn served in a variety of sales, management and executive positions for two industry leading independent leasing companies where he excelled at structuring innovative leasing and re-marketing solutions that helped his clients achieve greater flexibility, control and predictability over their IT and Diagnostic Imaging spending.
A results-driven leader with a 21-year track record of achievement in positions of increasing scope and complexity, Lynn's successful tenure has earned him numerous honors and awards.
Chief Recovery Officer
Butch serves as Chief Recovery Officer of FPR. He is ultimately responsible for all aspects of the firm’s consulting team and growth strategies across North America. He has championed FPR’s commitment to delivering the best record of client results in the management consulting industry. FPR has pioneered profit recovery as Managed Savings Providers™ for hundreds of clients nationwide across dozens of verticals.
Based in Dallas, Butch has a long and successful record of helping clients with more efficient and cost effective solutions for mission critical business processes, strategies, and other general management challenges. He has particular depth working with significant clients across the Legal, Healthcare, and High-tech industries.
Consultant, Dallas/Ft. Worth
David serves as a consultant for FPR. In his role, he is responsible for fostering new relationships with clients and ensuring client satisfaction. He brings an excellent track record of working with Fortune 500 size clients on business process improvements that deliver reduced operating expenses. David lives in Fort Worth with his wife and two children and loves spending time with his family & actively serving in his church.
Lenette is the Corporate Controller for FPR. Based in Dallas Lenette is a Senior Financial Executive with more than 25 years of experience leading and managing the accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, strategic planning, financing, process re-engineering and asset management functions for multiple business organizations of varying industries and sizes. Lenette is a trusted executive and a strong partner to senior management. Her breadth and depth of experience, work ethic, and can-do attitude have made her extremely adept to meeting the financial and operational needs in a rapidly changing business environment like FPR.
Client Support Manager
Stacy manages day-to-day operations for FPR relative to service delivery, data management and client reconciliations. With two children, she has spent most of her life in the D/FW area. Stacy loves being involved in a little bit of everything to make sure all actions required are performed. "I love my FPR Family too!"
Stacy loves boating, bowling, 4-wheeling and mudding.
Eric operates as the resident smart guy. He manages the IT infrastructure and software application development used to manage and improve the overall deliverable to FPR clients. He most appreciates the day to day challenges that his role throws his way.
Originally, Eric is from Los Angeles, CA. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Systems from the University of Washington, and is MCSE and MCSA Microsoft. He loves his family and dogs and the outdoors.
Client Account Manager
Cass operates as a Client Account Manager for FPR. His role consists of being the human-interface between the client and FPR. In addition, he is also responsible for receiving and fulfilling all communications from the client on an on–going basis. What he finds most rewarding is the client relationships he has created and maintained while at FPR.
Cass hails from West Monroe, LA where he spent most of his time prior to moving to the Dallas area a few years ago.
He is extremely interested in the field of visual arts and spends most of his free time exploring his creative side by applying paint to canvas. Cass' education includes graphic design and commercial art education at Louisiana Tech University.
Client Account Manager
David functions as a Client Account Manager for FPR. His job is to make sure that the level of service delivered to FPR clients and potential clients exceeds their expectations. One of his personal desires is to successfully assist FPR clients and consultants reach their goals.
David is from Georgia and is a relatively new transplant to the metroplex. He is a graduate of Young Harris Methodist College and the University of Georgia and is an avid reader and college football fan.
Lisa Van Laecken
Lisa serves as a Western Region Client Support representative for FPR. Originally from Minnesota, she is currently based in Phoenix, AZ. Lisa is involved in the daily support needs of the FPR client-base throughout the entire state of Arizona. She loves visiting interacting with and meeting the needs that arise on a daily basis.
Lisa has four daughters who keep her very busy, from sports activities to theatre. In her free time she likes to read, volunteer at local charities. She also loves to adventure travel with scuba diving and sky diving being her favorites.
Lalo serves at FPR by assisting FPR's consulting team from analysis support to data entry and everything in between. In addition, Lalo assists with client support and service support follow-up. Lalo enjoys talking with our clients to make sure everything is performing to their satisfaction.
Lalo is active in spreading the Word of God and fulfilling the purpose for which he was created. He finds great enjoyment following the example that Jesus left for all, to serve others.
Client Account Manager
Meghan, a life-long Oklahoman, serves as the Client Account Manager for INTERGRIS Health.
Meghan loves the diversity of issues that she is tasked to handle on a daily basis and very much enjoys being able to consistently provide her clients with the resources that they need. She manages a team of technicians on a daily basis, which includes scheduling, ticket response time, troubleshooting immediate issues, all while maintaining our solid client relationship.
Her go-to passion, is cooking; it's her heart and soul. She is married with two children, Jacob 16 and Lexi 8 and are looking to add to the group in the very near future!
Meghan has her Associates Degree in General Education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, her Associates Degree in Municipal Fire and Protection (EMT/Paramedic) from Oklahoma State University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University Of Phoenix.
Client Services Manager
Veena is primarily responsible for dispatching and managing service and supply requests for FPR clients. In her role, she enjoys getting to know and work with vendors and clients on a daily basis.
Veena is a member of a local dance company and has a minor in Dance Performance. In addition, Veena obtained her MBA and Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
Andrea is primarily responsible for facilitating and managing FPR service requests and strives to go above and beyond for the client. Andrea enjoys delivering the highest quality of service and response at all times.
Andrea obtained an Associate Degree in Baking and Pastry in 2012 from the Art Institute of Colorado and is passionate about baking. Andrea is continuing her education at Texas Women's University studying business and sociology and anticipates graduating May 2017. In her spare time she enjoys working with at risk children and volunteering in her community.
Sarah is primarily in charge of interacting with all FPR clients. She ensures that all day to day operations run smoothly. Sarah enjoys interacting with all of FPR customers and learning their needs to help ensure they receive the best service.
Apart from her daily duties at the office, she is a mother to 4 awesome kids and loves to spend her time outside of work with them. On her spare time, she loves to teach dance and loves to cook.
